Our USPTO patent pending system is designed to enable the policyholder to manage their home contents and scheduled items easily and accurately. This system increases policyholder involvement and provides policyholders with the correct tools to ensure proper coverage on their valuable items.
PIMS is a web based system that utilizes multi-layered security. It has the capabilities to integrate with the insurance company’s intranet for easy setup. It also configures mandatory attributes within each scheduled item so all appraisals have the correct information for an accurate appraisal.
The policyholder has access to the insurance company’s website and from there they are able to manage their inventory before or after a loss has occurred. The policyholder is able to take pictures and upload them to PIMS by room. In the event of a loss, the adjuster enables the policyholder to create post-loss line item inventories.
